NAIROBI, Kenya, Apr 10 – Education Cabinet Secretary Julius Ogamba says Butere Girls students were allowed to stage contested Echoes of War play but declined.

Speaking in Mombasa during the high school sports games Ogamba indicated that they refused to perform due to Cleopas Malala’s absence whom he insists he is unaccredited.
